Customer Relations Management (CRM) Division established within the Marketing Department will investigate your appeal in a 5-working-day period and will get you informed.
If further investigation is required, responding to enquiries can be prolonged up to 20 business days in total while in such case the customer should be exactly informed about the reason for delay and final deadline for investigation.
If you are dissatisfied with the conclusion of the investigation, you have the right of requiring further investigation again or applying to the Central Bank (012 493 11 22). In this case investigation is conducted directly by the Head of Division. If in such case further documents are required you will be informed about it and will be kept updated about the final deadline.
Registered appeals are kept in the database for 5 years.
